These terms govern your use of ZelloPOS. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of the business you represent. If you are agreeing for a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.
We provide the ZelloPOS platform as described on our site, including offline capability and synchronisation. We may improve or modify features, and will not materially reduce core functionality of your plan during a paid term without notice.
Free trials require no card and convert only if you subscribe. Paid plans bill per location as described on the pricing page, plus applicable taxes. You may cancel any time; paid periods run to the end of the billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
You own the business data you create in the service. We process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may export your data at any time, including for 30 days after cancellation, after which we may delete it.
We target 99.9% availability and design for offline continuity, but no service is uninterrupted. Enterprise plans may include contractual SLAs which prevail over this section.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, unlawful use or non-payment, with notice where practicable. You may terminate at any time from your account settings.
